XRAI Studio is a family-operated small business based in the Catskills and Point Lookout, New York, building custom AI automation systems for small businesses.

Descriptions of our services on the Site are informational. Specific project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any custom AI system are governed by a separate agreement between XRAI Studio and the client, not by these Terms.
The content, design, graphics, and branding on this Site are owned by XRAI Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XRAI Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, Google APIs or our email service provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
