XRAI Studio (“XRAI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-operated small business based in the Catskills and Point Lookout, New York, that builds and operates custom AI automation systems for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across xrai.studio and the internal tools and integrations we use to operate our business and deliver services to our clients.
Information you provide. If you submit a consultation request, contact form, or request our free guide, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and business name.
Automatic information. This site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive standard request information (such as IP address) as part of serving the font files.
As part of operating our own business and the automation systems we build, XRAI Studio uses Google APIs (including Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Tasks, Sheets, Drive, and YouTube) under our own Google Cloud project. This access is used solely for internal business operations — for example, managing our own calendar and correspondence, and publishing video content to channels we own or operate on behalf of a business we directly serve.
We do not:
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely in access-controlled infrastructure and are never exposed publicly. You may revoke XRAI Studio’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
We use the information described above to:
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care, including restricting access to credentials and storing them in encrypted, access-controlled environments.
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate our business and this site, including our hosting provider, Google APIs, and (when active) our email marketing provider for the consultation and guide forms. Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function.
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
